LHH is seeking a Receiving Supervisor for a Direct Hire, Permanent Placement position with a warehousing and distribution client in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will lead a warehousing team which distributes products across North America, implement process improvements, and assist with the continual growth of the organization. The compensation is commensurate to experience and ranges between $72,000-82,000 per year plus bonus and includes a comprehensive benefit package, Paid Time Off, and a 401K plan with a company match.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, plan, and oversee all inbound operations during your assigned shift which include oversight of the receiving process, storage and put‑away, inventory control, and personnel leadership
- Responsible for the storage, inventory management, and distribution of finished goods
- Maintain accurate inventory transaction records by completing daily cycle counts and performing root cause analysis to identify and prevent future non‑conformance issues
- Ensure maximum return on investment through effective operational performance and the successful completion of assigned projects
- Administer performance management program
- Evaluate and recommend training resources to support employee development
- Follow corporate policies to meet both short and long‑term goals regarding safety, performance, and compliance
- Maintain adherence to health and safety standards
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years of operations supervision experience within a warehousing and/or distribution environment is required
- Must have experience working with an ERP and/or WMS system (i.e. Oracle, Manhattan, Red Prairie, etc.)
- Must have experience resolving/preventing safety-related issues and recordables in a warehousing and/or distribution setting
- Must possess the ability to maintain high level of detail and integrity while executing responsibilities
- Must have experience partnering with colleagues at all levels of an organization to drive priorities
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
