Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations across shipping, receiving, selection and loading. You will assign tasks, monitor KPIs, ensure safety and coding accuracy, and train team members.

You'll lead pre-shift meetings, coordinate staffing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues while maintaining cost controls and high service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferably 3+ years of warehouse distribution experience and 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
• Leadership ability, proficiency in MS Office, and knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, work in a warehouse environment, and adapt to flexible hours.
