Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations including shipping, receiving, selection, loading, and storage. You will assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure safety and accuracy while delivering excellent customer service.

You will train associates, manage departmental goals, and track KPIs, with a focus on efficiency, cross‑functional collaboration, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced warehouse environment in Fargo, ND.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years of warehouse distribution experience preferred.
• One year of supervisory or lead experience required.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work flexible hours.
• Proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable about Warehouse Management Systems.
