Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, picking, loading, and storage, ensuring accuracy, safety, and high customer service levels.

You will supervise staff, manage shifts, and drive KPI performance while coordinating with other departments to resolve issues. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3+ years warehouse experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to multi-task, work flexible hours, and operate MS Office and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds, stand, walk, and perform warehouse tasks in a moderate to high noise environment.
