Job description

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including shipping and receiving, purchasing, product delivery, budgeting, inventory control, warehouse safety, housekeeping, and supervising warehouse staff.

Primary Duties:

1. Develop and implement improved methods of materials handling, stock control, and packaging to promote efficiency, service, and reduced costs.
2. Ensure the security, scheduled maintenance, and calibration of warehouse and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Electrical Parts experience strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; six months related experience/training or equivalent.
• Strong PC skills, product knowledge, interpersonal, organizational skills, self-sufficiency, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
• Current DOT Medical Certificate required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Physical Demands:

Often standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, and stooping; occasional sitting and talking/hearing; frequent use of hands and fingers.

Lifting and Carrying:

• Continuous lifting of 1-20 lbs.
• Frequent lifting of 21-50 lbs.
• Occasional lifting of 51-100 lbs. with assistance.

Vision Requirements:

• Close, distance, peripheral vision, and depth perception necessary for driving and operational tasks.
