Warehouse Supervisor - CuraScript SD (Finance)

Position Summary: Supervision of employees on all aspects of inventory control, including picking, packing, and accurate shipment of orders to customers. Monitors productivity and performance standards, plans and directs workflow and project assignments to ensure service standards are met. Collaborates with other departments to share labor when needed. Responsible for managing the performance of assigned employees, including training new team members, coaching and development, schedule management, performance management, and addressing employee relations issues.

This role is worksite dependent and must be performed onsite.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts at 4:00 PM for pickup.

Essential Functions:

• Manage team to ensure quality and timely shipping of orders: picking, packing, and shipping.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings with associates to communicate errors, concerns, and attendance issues.
• Coach and train team members.
• Input daily operational numbers for monthly metric reporting.
• Work on the floor with the team.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse distribution functions required.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience required.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office, required.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to establish rapport, present information, and respond to questions related to warehouse operations.
• Ability to resolve problems quickly and develop favorable solutions.
• Preferred: experience with handheld RF units, material handling equipment (forklifts), UPS World Ship, and SAP.
