Job summary

iRiS Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for the 2nd shift in a high-volume distribution environment in Indiana. The leader will set the tone, align the team, and keep people and product moving in the right direction.

Responsibilities include overseeing inbound, inventory, fulfillment and shipping performance, coaching the team, and using WMS data and KPIs to drive productivity. Strong coaching and communication skills are required; automated distribution exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

2+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership.
WMS knowledge and high-volume DC operations.
Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Automated distribution exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coach associates and build a stronger, more accountable team.
