Job summary

You know the environment: 2+ years leading warehouse or distribution teams, high-volume operations, WMS and performance metrics. You will coach, hold people accountable, solve problems, and direct staffing as volume shifts.

• Experience in high-volume distribution environments.
• Familiarity with WMS and KPIs.
• Coaching, accountability and problem solving.
• Ability to turn data into actionable decisions.
