Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead on the floor in a fast-paced distribution environment with a 4-day workweek (Mon–Thu, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM). This hands-on role focuses on developing staff, driving productivity, and maintaining safety while keeping daily operations running smoothly.

You will coach and mentor teams, oversee picking/packing/shipping, manage daily fulfillment, monitor KPIs, and ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse/distribution leadership experience.
• Experience directly supervising warehouse employees.
• Strong picking, packing, loading, shipping, and fulfillment experience.
• WMS experience.
• Strong people leadership and coaching skills.
• Hands-on and comfortable working on the warehouse floor.
• Experience in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Warehouse Operations Supervisor | 4-Day Workweek

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the warehouse floor, developing employees, holding a team accountable, and keeping a fast-paced operation running efficiently.

Compensation: $65K–$75K, depending on experience.
