Qualifications

• 2–5 years of supervisory or management experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or transportation environment.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse associates during shifts to ensure accurate and timely completion of work.
