Job summary

Martin Brower is hiring for a warehouse supervisor role with a 4‑day schedule (3 consecutive days off) and a 3:30 PM–7:30 PM shift, offering a salary of $67,000–$71,000 plus annual bonus potential. Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree with 3–5+ years of warehouse experience and 0–1+ years of people leadership experience.
• High School Diploma with 5+ years of warehouse experience and 2–3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements for current day and week, minimizing overtime.
• Lead daily shift meetings and communicate safety and operational messages.
• Assign daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity.
• Manage workflows efficiently and provide training and direction on SOPs.
• Maintain statistics on employees, productivity and equipment.
• Support other projects or duties as assigned

Position Responsibilities

• Warehouse Supervisors plan and execute daily manpower requirements for current day and week, keeping overtime to a minimum
• Conduct daily shift meetings, communicating appropriate safety and operational messages, taking suggestions and answering questions
• Warehouse Supervisors assign daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity and reliability requirements are met
• Warehouse Supervisors manage work flows efficiently
• Provide training, support and direction to employees to ensure understanding of and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP’s)
• Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education And Experience

• Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3 plus years of people leadership experience

Preferred Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
