Reyes Beverage Group in Ohio is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily staffing, ensure safety and productivity, and support operations on a fixed 4‑day schedule (3 days off). The role offers a competitive salary, 3.5 weeks PTO, and a robust benefits package.

Compensation is $67,000–$71,000 annually with potential for an annual bonus, plus comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and a 401(k). Background checks and drug screening may apply.

Formación

• Associate’s Degree with 3–5+ years warehouse experience and 0–1+ years leadership.
• High School Diploma with 5+ years warehouse experience and 2–3+ years leadership.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements with minimal overtime.
• Lead daily shift meetings and communicate safety/operational messages.
• Assign daily duties to workers to meet safety, service, productivity, and reliability goals.
• Manage workflows efficiently.
• Provide training and direction to ensure SOP adherence.
• Maintain statistics on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

• Conduct daily shift meetings, communicating appropriate safety and operational messages, taking suggestions and answering questions


• Warehouse Supervisors assign daily work duties to warehouse workers ensuring safety, service and productivity and reliability requirements are met


• Warehouse Supervisors manage work flows efficiently


• Provide training, support and direction to employees to ensure understanding of and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP’s)


• Maintain statistical information on employees, productivity, reliability, and equipment


• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3 plus years of people leadership experience
