The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the Warehouse department, including administrative and clerical functions, to ensure efficient operations and a safe working environment. This is a working supervisor role which could include performing the following job functions: picking product, receiving, loading, etc.

Job Duties:

1. Supervise warehouse processes including shipping, receiving, and auditing effectively.
2. Plan workload and manage resources to ensure successful performance of duties.
3. Provide training on required skills to associates (e.g., barcode scanners, work saver operation, warehouse layout, pallet loading).
4. Ensure shifts operate safely, enforcing all rules regarding material handling and equipment safety.
5. Select, train, motivate, coach, and counsel warehouse hourly personnel.
6. Maintain and evaluate order selecting efficiency and quality rates for each employee.
7. Maintain payroll, vacation, and disciplinary records.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
