Full Job Description

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the receipt, coordination, and accuracy of customer orders coming through the warehouse, managing a team of warehouse associates, and assisting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, fostering team cohesion and upholding robust warehouse protocols.

Responsibilities include:

1. Serving as backup to the General Manager.
2. Overseeing daily warehouse operations and confirming all orders.
3. Partnering with delivery drivers to resolve route, delivery, and service issues.
4. Providing leadership to warehouse shifts and serving as lead trainer.
5. Coaching the team to increase productivity and customer service quality.
6. Ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met.
7. Tracking productivity and assisting with transportation and warehouse duties.
8. Maintaining inventory levels and resolving order or inventory discrepancies.
9. Developing workforce through training and conducting performance reviews.
10. Communicating with customers to grow the business.
11. Supporting onboarding of new hires and maintaining a safe work environment.
12. Ensuring order accuracy and safety compliance.
13. Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. High School Diploma or GED.
2. 2+ years of management/warehouse experience preferred.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
4. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability.
5. Ability to multitask, handle conflicts, and work individually or as part of a team.
6. Availability for long hours; physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
