SUMMARY

Exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join a fast-paced team on the 2nd shift (Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM) in Hiram, GA. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee warehouse operations to meet productivity and efficiency goals

• Supervise, guide, and support warehouse personnel across shifts

• Maintain operational policies and recommend improvements as necessary

• Conduct audits, analyze inventory, and handle special assignments as needed

• Issue and track employee equipment and tools

• Confirm incoming and outgoing orders and monitor shipment progress

• Record all operational data and ensure accurate inventory tracking

• Coordinate workflow and delegate assignments to meet deadlines

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and well-organized warehouse environment

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting

• Strong problem-solving skills with a calm and professional demeanor

• Ability to develop, implement, and uphold warehouse procedures
