Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our appointment center team. This remote position is perfect for a professional who excels at customer communication, has experience in the home services industry, and can effectively manage appointment scheduling and customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Familiarity with customer financing platforms or soft credit pull programs (e.g., Wisetack, Synchrony, GoodLeap) is a plus!

Schedule service appointments for heating, air conditioning, and plumbing services.

Provide accurate information about services, pricing, and availability.

Process service requests and maintain detailed customer records.

Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and gather feedback.

Coordinate with field technicians and service teams.

Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Maintain knowledge of company services, policies, and procedures.

Meet daily/weekly performance metrics for call volume and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in home services, HVAC, or plumbing industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong phone etiquette and professional demeanor.

Experience with appointment scheduling software and CRM systems.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations.

Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work.

Quiet, professional home office environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, or home services industry.

Familiarity with ServiceTitan, Jobber, or similar field service software.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Basic understanding of heating, cooling, and plumbing systems.
