Job Type: Full-time

About the Role
As a 3PL Warehouse Supervisor at JD Logistics, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations and leading a team within our NJ distribution center. This hands-on role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment. You’ll ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and efficiently while maintaining safety and performance standards.

This position may includes overtime, providing a strong earning potential beyond base pay.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations & Execution

- Supervise warehouse activities across receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.

- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment while minimizing errors and delays.

- Lead a team of associates; coach, train, and provide feedback to improve performance.

- Manage daily labor allocation and support shift planning to meet workload demands.

Inventory & Quality Control

- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and process audits.

- Support quality checks and escalate product or order issues as needed.

Process Compliance & Safety

- Ensure team compliance with all SOPs, safety procedures, and company policies.

- Help drive a culture of safety, cleanliness, and accountability in the facility.

Communication & Reporting

- Report shift performance and issues to warehouse manager.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients as needed to resolve order or process concerns.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or 3PL environments

- At least 1 year in a lead or supervisor role (team lead, floor lead, or similar)

- Strong understanding of warehouse processes and safety standards

- Ability to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed

- Experience with WMS or inventory systems preferred

- Bilingual in Mandarin a plus but not required

Preferred Traits
- E-commerce or high-volume fulfillment experience

- Comfort in fast-paced, hands-on environments

- Positive leadership style with an eye for efficiency
