Reyes Family of Businesses in Chicago is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to plan daily staffing, lead shift meetings, and assign duties for safety, service, and productivity. You will manage workflows and provide training to ensure adherence to SOPs, while tracking productivity and equipment metrics.

The role requires 3–5 years of warehouse leadership experience with an Associate’s Degree (or 5+ years with HS). Bachelor’s is preferred. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

• Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience.
• High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3 plus years of people leadership experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
