Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is hiring for a full-time role on the 3rd shift in our Los Angeles facility. You will plan manpower, lead daily safety and operational meetings, assign tasks, and coach staff to follow SOPs.

A strong emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork is essential. You will be responsible for coordinating workloads, maintaining productivity metrics, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the shift.

Qualifications

• Required: Associate’s Degree with 3–5+ years warehouse experience and 0–1+ years people leadership; or High School Diploma with 5+ years warehouse experience and 2–3+ years people leadership.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily manpower requirements for current day and week, minimizing overtime.
• Lead daily shift meetings and communicate safety and operations messages; solicit feedback.
• Assign daily duties to warehouse staff to ensure safety, service, productivity and reliability.
• Manage workflows efficiently to meet targets.
• Provide training and direction to staff on SOPs.
• Maintain statistics on employees, productivity, reliability and equipment.
• Other tasks or duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Associate’s Degree with 3 to 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 0 to 1 plus years of people leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree and 5 plus years of warehouse experience and 2 to 3 plus years of people leadership experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
