Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse distribution experience preferred.
• 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience required.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work flexible hours, and lead teams effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.

Physical & Other Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance, work in a warehouse environment with moderate to high noise levels, and perform physical activities such as walking, standing, crouching, and reaching. Must be able to work shifts that include weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
