Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro in Annapolis, MD is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations including shipping, receiving, picking, loading, and storage. You will drive productivity, accuracy, safety, and exceptional customer service.

You will supervise staff, coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, ensure compliance, and lead training and performance development. The role emphasizes a people-first culture and operational excellence in a fast-paced warehouse

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of supervisory experience and three years in warehouse distribution preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, work in a warehouse environment, and adapt to flexible hours.
