Job summary

Job description

Role Overview: Supervise daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, selection, loading, and storage. Assign tasks to team members, ensuring productivity, accuracy, safety, and excellent customer service. Train associates and coordinate scheduling to meet operational goals.
Key Responsibilities: Manage departmental activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain KPI reports, ensure safety and cleanliness, oversee equipment maintenance, and address work-related injuries. Lead pre-shift meetings, monitor performance, and support training and development of staff. Assist with labor agreement administration as needed.
Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED; 3+ years of warehouse experience preferred; 1+ year supervisory experience required. Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable in Warehouse Management Systems. Ability to multi-task, work flexible hours, and lift up to 75 pounds with assistance.
Physical & Environment Requirements: Must frequently sit, walk, stand, and handle objects; work in a moderate to high noise warehouse environment; exposure to temperature changes; ability to work extended hours, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
