• Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including reach trucks.

They are responsible for hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating associates, ensuring safety guidelines and compliance with policies and DEA regulations are followed. They support workflow efficiency, motivate staff, and maintain accurate records of shipments and inventory. The supervisor manages performance, monitors attendance, and addresses operational issues, fostering teamwork and maintaining quality standards in packing and record-keeping.
