Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee warehouse operations, supervise Supervisors and staff, and ensure efficient storage and distribution of inventory.

The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards, particularly for controlled substances, pharmaceuticals, and hazardous materials, while fostering team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, logistics, or related fields.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, decision-making and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Knowledge of warehouse systems, safety regulations, and Microsoft Office.
