Job summary

Keefe Group is hiring for an on-site warehouse role within a fast-paced facility. You will perform standard warehouse duties including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping orders, while utilizing WMS and modern equipment.

We offer competitive hourly pay, weekly pay, and opportunities for overtime and raises based on performance. This full-time position reports to the Operations Manager and requires travel between Kent and Seattle sites for Vending purposes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Able to drive a box truck.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Forklift and material handling equipment certification preferred.
• Basic computer familiarity (MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound receiving and outbound order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Operate WMS and other material handling systems to pick, pack, and ship orders.
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Support multiple distribution departments and travel between sites as needed.

About This Position

• Weekly production/attendance bonus of $125
• Must be able to work the following shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 2:30pm and Friday 6:00am - 10:30am (overtime as needed typically on Friday's)

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting from your first day.

You will work onsite in the warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager.

We expect our team to complete several processes and therefore believe in cross-training our team across the distribution departments. Also, you can specialize in a specific area.

The facility is a operational warehouse servicing multiple businesses, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team.
• Build, staging, and loading pallet orders on modern forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE) to support our Bulk team.
• Load third-party and internal delivery trucks.
• Must be open to traveling to 2 sites (Kent and Seattle for Vending Purposes and driving a box truck)
• Manage inventory in a environment, to include counting product and correcting inventory.
• Use technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Must be open to driving a box truck
• Ability to lift up to 70lbs.
• Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified.
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred.
