Job summary

Keefe Group in Edison, NJ, is seeking warehouse team members for a full-time, on-site role. You will work in a warehouse, handling inbound/outbound processes, order picking, and pallet loading with forklifts. Training across distribution tasks is provided, with potential specialization.

Schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. We offer weekly pay, overtime, DailyPay options, and a benefits package including health, retirement, PTO, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of the Commissary (KCN) team.
• Build, stage, and load pallet orders on modern forklifts and material handling equipment to support our Bulk team.
• Load third-party and internal delivery trucks.
• Manage inventory to include counting product and correcting inventory.
• Use technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders with mobile scan guns, tablets and more.
• Maintain a clean workspace.

About This Position

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

8am - 4:30pm

You will work onsite at a warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager.

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting your first day.

We expect our team to complete several processes and therefore believe in cross-training our team across the distribution departments. You can also specialize in a specific area.

The facility is an operational warehouse servicing multiple businesses, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team.
• You will build, stage, and load pallet orders on modern forklifts and material. handling equipment (MHE) to support our Bulk team.
• Load third-party and internal delivery trucks.
• Manage inventory to include counting product and correcting inventory.
• Use technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• We prefer experience operating an electric pallet jack or forklift.
• Ability to become forklift and material handling equipment certified.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with computers preferred.
