Job summary

Keefe Group, a division of TKC Holdings, is hiring for a full-time warehouse position in Madison, WI. You will participate in inbound and outbound operations, picking and packing orders, and inventory management in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role requires 6 months of order picking/packing experience, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to work Monday–Friday with potential overtime. DailyPay and weekly pay are offered, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 6 months of order picking and packing experience required.
• Overtime including weekends with notice required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the inbound operations team.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of the Commissary team.
• Manage inventory including counting and correcting stock.
• Use WMS systems and mobile scan devices to deliver orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

About This Position

We are looking for operations team members to join our team within a warehouse and distribution environment. You will work onsite at a warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager.

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting your first day.

The facility is an operational warehouse servicing multiple businesses, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team.
• Manage inventory to include counting product and correcting inventory.
• Use technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• You should have picking/packing experience in a warehouse.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

Compensation

• Regular pay raises based on performance and experience levels
• Weekly pay, every Thursday

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing work environment
• 6 Monthsof ORDER PICKING and PACKING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Order Auditing/Stocking REQUIRED
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Familiarity with computers (including Microsoft Office programs) preferred
• Overtime including weekends (with notice) REQUIRED
• Be adaptable and prepared to do numerous tasks in a day. Duties to include, but not limited to, Stocking, Picking, Auditing and Boxing/Palletizing - REQUIRED.
• ABILITY TO WORK: MONDAY - FRIDAY 7 am - 3:30 pm
