Job summary

Keefe Group, a division of TKC Holdings, Inc., is seeking operations team members for a warehouse and distribution setting. The role is onsite with a full-time schedule and reports to the Operations Manager.

You’ll handle receiving, picking, packing, and shipping while using WMS tools and maintaining a clean workspace. We offer competitive hourly pay starting at $17.00 per hour, weekly pay, overtime opportunities, regular raises, DailyPay, and a benefits package including health, 401(k), PTO,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent training/experience.
• Candidates should be able to lift up to 40 lbs and handle warehouse tasks.
• Experience in warehouse pick/pack and using material handling equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of inbound operations.
• Pick products for customer orders for the Commissary team.
• Manage inventory counts and correct discrepancies.
• Use WMS systems and devices to process orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace in the warehouse.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

About This Position

We are looking for operations team members to join our team within a warehouse and distribution environment. You will work onsite at a warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager.

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full-time position, with some benefits starting your first day.

The facility is an operational warehouse servicing multiple businesses, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team.
• Manage inventory to include counting product and correcting inventory.
• Use technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• You should have picking/packing experience in a warehouse.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

Compensation

• Regular pay raises based on performance and experience levels
• Weekly pay, every Thursday

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
