Job summary

Keefe Group, a division of TKC Holdings, Inc., is seeking team members for a warehouse and distribution environment. This on-site role reports to the Operations Manager and involves handling inbound/outbound tasks, order picking, and inventory control. This is a full-time position with benefits starting on day one, plus Weekly pay and DailyPay options.

We offer overtime opportunities, weekly bonuses, PTO, and tuition reimbursement. Experience in warehouse picking/packing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and put away product in inbound operations.
• Select product for customer orders in Commissary team.
• Manage inventory including counting and correcting stock.
• Operate WMS systems with mobile scan guns and devices.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Take part in picking/packing activities as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.

About This Position

We are looking for operations team members to join our team within a warehouse and distribution environment. You will work onsite at a warehouse. You will report to the Operations Manager.

Developing teams and building careers are central to our success. As such, we have an opportunity to perform warehouse tasks from receiving product, preparing customer orders and shipping products to our clients. This is a full‑time position, with some benefits starting your first day.

The facility is an operational warehouse servicing multiple businesses, with opportunities to:

• Unload, receive and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team.
• Select product for individual customer orders as part of our Commissary (KCN) team.
• Manage inventory to include counting product and correcting inventory.
• Use technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders through the use of: mobile scan guns, modern material handling equipment, computers, tablets and more.
• Take pride in your surroundings by helping maintain a clean workspace.
• You should have picking/packing experience in a warehouse.
• Other responsibilities as determined by our needs.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
