C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is hiring for a full-time Forklift Operator in Aberdeen, MD. The role focuses on replenishing product levels, moving merchandise in the warehouse, and supporting safe, efficient daily operations across our facilities.

The position offers paid training, weekly pay, benefits from day one, PTO and holiday pay, and opportunities for career progression. Must be able to meet physical demands and work 1st shift on a 4-on/3-off schedule.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

Forklift Operators help support this mission by replenishing product levels to ensure items can be easily accessed in the warehouse. These jobs are an important part of our team and help sustain our safe and efficient daily operation.

• Earn $25 per hour + $2 per hour freezer differential= $27 per hour
• FT; 1st shift: 7 am until finished; 4 days on 3 days off
• Aberdee, MD 21001

Job Description

You will contribute by:

• Operating a forklift to transport merchandise to designated locations in the warehouse
• Accurately tracking inventory utilizing a handheld computer and other necessary technology
• Stacking and rotating merchandise, either by hand or using material handling equipment
• Replenishing pick slots and production lines to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
• Staging finished product in designated storage areas
• Loading and unloading merchandise from trailers
• Following all safety protocols and procedures set for a forklift operator in the warehouse
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
