Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Freezer Incentive Lift Operator for our York, PA facility. You will operate a stand up forklift/reach truck, replenish slots, track inventory with a handheld device, and support timely fulfillment in a frozen warehouse environment.

Paid training and weekly pay are offered, along with benefits from day one. Candidates must have prior equipment experience and a strong safety mindset. 1st shift; overtime as required.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• 1+ years experience operating material handling equipment.
• Experience on reach truck/stand up forklift preferred.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow SOPs.
• Team-oriented with community focus.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand up forklift/reach truck to move merchandise.
• Track inventory using handheld computer.
• Stack and rotate merchandise; replenish pick slots and lines.
• Load/unload merchandise from trailers; stage finished product.
• Follow all safety protocols; lift 1–60 lbs as needed.
• Work in cold/frozen warehouse environment.

Freezer Incentive Lift Operators help support this mission by replenishing product levels to ensure items can be easily accessed in the warehouse. These jobs are an important part of our team and help sustain our safe and efficient daily operation.

Job Description

• Earn $19/hour + Incentive pay when you graduate!
• Full time, 1st shift - 6am start until done
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday (overtime as required)
• 4875 N Susquehanna Trail, York PA

You will contribute by:

• Operating a stand up forklift/reach truck to transport merchandise to designated locations in the warehouse
• Accurately tracking inventory utilizing a handheld computer and other necessary technology
• Stacking and rotating merchandise, either by hand or using material handling equipment
• Replenishing pick slots and production lines to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
• Staging finished product in designated storage areas
• Loading and unloading merchandise from trailers
• Following all safety protocols and procedures set for a forklift operator in the warehouse
• Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight, shape, and height levels
