Job summary

QXO is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to load, unload, receive, store and distribute inventory in a fast-paced distribution facility. Based in Minnesota.

You will safely operate a forklift and pallet jack, cycle-count inventory, secure loads and stand for up to 12 hours, with a focus on accuracy and safety. Previous warehouse experience and basic math skills are required; forklift certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for Company purposes, a valid driver’s license will be required.
• Ability to use a handheld scanning unit.
• Compute basic math problems.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a forklift and/or pallet jack.
• Cycle count inventory, storing in orderly and accessible manner, while inspecting stock items for wear or defects and reporting to supervision.
• Ensure loads are complete and secured to minimize damage and breakage.
• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting 50 lbs. during physical loading/unloading of trucks.
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours to perform job related tasks.
• Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
