Job summary

QXO in Arlington, TX is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to load, unload, receive, store and distribute inventory. You will operate a forklift or pallet jack and participate in cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy. This is a safety‑sensitive role in a fast-paced distribution environment.

We look for a reliable team player aged 18+, with a valid driver's license if required, basic math skills, and prior warehouse experience. Forklift certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Forklift certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, receive, store and distribute inventory.
• Safely operate a forklift and/or pallet jack.
• Cycle count inventory, inspect stock for wear or defects and report to supervision.
• Ensure loads are complete and secured to minimize damage and breakage.
• Frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours.
