Job summary

The Warehouse Associate at Würth Industry North America performs a variety of warehouse and distribution tasks to support internal and external customer satisfaction, including receiving, stocking, order filling, packaging, and shipping on a regular basis.

Safety and efficiency are emphasized in a fast-paced environment; you must be able to operate forklifts or pallet jacks, lift up to 80 pounds, stand for long periods, and work 8–10 hour shifts on concrete floors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of material handling or warehouse experience.
• Ability to operate forklift, rider reach truck, stock picker or hand truck with certification.
• Knowledge of warehouse software or logistics solutions is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently or in a team.
• Lifting up to 80 pounds; frequent 40-60 pounds; standing 8–10 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming freight; stock as needed.
• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and equipment.
• Cycle counts and resolve inventory issues; communicate problems.
