Job summary

Würth Industry USA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform a range of warehouse and distribution tasks with accuracy and efficiency. This role supports receiving, stocking, order filling, packaging and shipping while upholding safety and quality in a productive environment.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm, with potential incentive bonuses based on performance. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 1–2 years of material handling or warehouse experience, forklift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years material handling or warehouse experience.
• Ability to operate forklift and maintain certification.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Software or integrated logistics solutions is a plus.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 80 pounds.
• Able to stand/walk 8–10 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, verify incoming freight and inspect condition.
• Verify quantities and sort to correct stock locations.
• Prioritize and fill orders using appropriate warehouse equipment.
• Safely pick, pack, label and prepare shipments.
• Verify shipping orders match slips and load packages.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain cleanliness/organization.
