Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Warehouse Associate to safely and efficiently support warehouse operations, handling PBV products, raw materials, and packaging. The role involves pulling, loading, unloading, sorting, staging, stacking, building pallets, wrapping, transporting, and conducting quality checks across various facilities.

Responsibilities include verifying inbound/outbound shipments, using automation systems, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to pass the forklift skills assessment and safely operate PBV Material Handling Equipment.
• At least six (6) months of Forklift experience preferred.
• Computer/Human Machine Interface skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Good math, reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Sorting and grouping skills.
• Must be able to read and understand the difference in product labels and load ticket instructions.
• Must be able to count large quantities of products and materials.
• Must be able to read/hear and understand procedures for performing work.
• Must be able to work in a warehouse environment that is not climate-controlled with exposure to hot/humid or cold weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently handles PBV warehouse duties to support customers and meet goals.
• Pulling, loading, unloading, sorting, staging, stacking, building pallets, wrapping, transporting, counting, and quality checks.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment; perform safety checks and routine maintenance.
• Verify accuracy and quality of products received and shipped; maintain records and use warehouse systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized space and adhere to GMP and food safety guidelines.
