Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. Safely and efficiently performs a variety of duties within PBV’s warehouse operations to support both internal and external customers and meet business goals and demands.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift proficiency, and the ability to operate warehouse equipment. You will work in a non climate-controlled environment and contribute to GMP and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Pass forklift skills assessment and safely operate PBV equipment.
• 6 months forklift experience preferred.
• Computer/HMI skills, mechanical aptitude, and basic math literacy.
• Strong reading, writing and communication skills.
• Ability to count large quantities and read load tickets.

Responsibilities

• Verifies accuracy and quality of products received and shipped.
• Maintains records (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets) per SOP.
• Counts goods returned damaged, full, or empty.
• Interacts with automation systems and builds pallets for shipment.
• Identifies faults, troubleshoots, and performs basic maintenance.
• Operates forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Performs safety checks and janitorial tasks to keep space clean.
• Adheres to GMP and food safety rules; performs other duties as assigned.
