Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role supports PBV’s warehouse operations by pulling, loading, unloading, stacking, and palletizing goods while ensuring safety and efficiency.

You will verify quality of received products, maintain records, and operate warehouse automation and material handling equipment. A stable environment with varied duties awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass forklift skills assessment and safely operate PBV Material Handling Equipment.
• At least six (6) months of forklift experience preferred.
• Computer/HMI skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Good math, reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Sorting and grouping skills; read and understand load ticket instructions.
• Must be able to work in a non climate-controlled warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Verifies accuracy and quality of products received from vendors and shipped to customers.
• Maintains records (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets) per standard operating procedures.
• Counts goods returned to the plant that are damaged, full, or empty.
• Interacts with automation systems and screens and ensures correct pallet build and order sequencing.
• Operates forklift and other material handling equipment safely to store, stage, and load products.
• Performs safety and pre-trip checks on equipment; conducts janitorial tasks as needed.
