Job summary

Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role supports PBV warehouse operations by pulling, loading, unloading, counting, and quality checks on beverages and packaging materials.

You will operate forklifts and material handling equipment, maintain records, and ensure safety and efficiency across shifts while upholding GMP standards in a climate-controlled environment where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must pass forklift skills assessment and safely operate PBV equipment.
• At least six months of forklift experience preferred.
• Computer/HMI skills are required.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Good math, reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Sorting and grouping skills.
• Must read and understand labels and load ticket instructions.

Responsibilities

• Pull, load, unload, sort, stage, stack, wrap, and transport PBV products and materials.
• Verify accuracy and quality of products received from vendors and shipped to customers.
• Maintain records for tasks according to warehouse SOPs (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets).
• Operate warehouse machinery and automation systems safely.
• Perform safety checks on equipment and perform janitorial tasks as needed.
• May perform yard switching and ensure GMP and food safety compliance.
