Job summary

SwiftX in San Diego, CA is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support daily warehouse operations, dispatch parcels, and supervise DSPs during rotational training.

You will design QA protocols, monitor performance, and coordinate with internal teams and partners to drive improvement. A Mandarin bilingual candidate with a bachelor's degree and 0–1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing is preferred.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision‑making skills
• Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments
