Job summary

SwiftX Inc. is seeking a dedicated operations leader to oversee DSPs, staffing partnerships, and 3PL warehousing tasks. You will drive QA, monitor performance, and coordinate regional fleet operations to ensure reliable service and cost control.

A bachelor’s degree and Mandarin language skills are required, with on-the-ground leadership in a fast-paced setting. Experience in last-mile or 3PL warehousing is preferred but not required, and on-the-job training will be provided through rotation.

• Oversee and supervise operations of DSPs and staffing agencies such as sorters, ensuring compliance with company standards.
