Job summary

SwiftX Inc. is seeking a hands-on Operations Supervisor to oversee DSPs and staffing agencies, ensure quality standards, monitor performance, and coordinate warehouse activities in a fast-paced environment.

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and bilingual Mandarin are required. Prior last-mile or 3PL warehousing experience is preferred, with strong leadership and decision-making under pressure.

• Continuously optimize collection models and processes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
• Handle daily operations and emergency responses.
