Job summary

SwiftX Inc. in Jersey City is seeking a Warehouse Specialist to support daily warehouse operations, ensure quality control, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires Mandarin bilingual ability and flexibility to work diverse shifts.

You will oversee fleet coordination, process optimization, and cross-team collaboration, with onboarding for new staff and training design responsibilities. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; bilingual Mandarin required.
• Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
• Minimum 1 year in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related experiences.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
