Job summary

West Shore Home in Minneapolis is seeking a Warehouse Associate to own regional warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, inventory, supplies, and fleet management. Report to the Warehouse Manager and collaborate with the Operations team to maintain accurate, safe, and organized workflows.

The role emphasizes ownership, adherence to processes, and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on safety and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience including shipping and receiving.
• Valid Driver’s License and forklift certification.
• High degree of personal responsibility and integrity.
• Ability to work interdependently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Verify the quantity and correctness of incoming materials against bills of lading and document discrepancies.
• Stage paperwork and properly identify products for the next day in designated areas.
• Maintain consumables quantities and submit purchase requests to Manager.
• Examine deliveries for damage and report issues promptly.
