Job summary

Border States in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations, receive freight, and ensure accurate stock placement. You will fill orders, coordinate shipments, and maintain inventory integrity while following safety guidelines.

The role requires attention to detail, customer service mindset, and the ability to work with SAP and Windows-based systems. Prior warehouse experience and forklift operation are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives freight and checks for damages or shortages.
• Distributes material to correct stock locations.
• Fills special orders and backorders as material is received.
• Follows up with departments, carriers, and vendors on discrepancies.
• Checks and packs material for delivery.
• Coordinates deliveries with internal trucks or external carriers as needed.
• Maintains shipping equipment and keeps the work area clean and safe.
• Keeps inventory locations neat and accurate.
