Qualifications

• 2 years of work experience preferred.
• PC knowledge: Windows, internet, email.

Responsibilities

• Receives incoming freight and checks the material for damages or shortages.
• Distributes material to the proper stock locations.
• Fills special orders and/or backorders as material is received.
• Follows up with departments, carriers, and/or vendors on discrepancies, damages, and shortages.
• Checks and packs material to be delivered.
• Coordinates deliveries with trucks and carriers as needed.
• Maintains inventory locations and keeps shelves neat and orderly.
• Fills orders for delivery to customers.
• Maintains correct labeling and inventory accuracy.
• Operates and maintains warehouse equipment safely.
