Job summary

West Shore Home in Minneapolis is seeking a Warehouse Associate to own operations in our regional warehouse, including shipping/receiving, inventory control, and staging of products in a clean, safe environment.

You will report to the Warehouse Manager, coordinate with the operations team, and contribute to timely deliveries by maintaining accurate records, managing supplies, and upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations and shipping/receiving.
• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
• Ability to work interdependently in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to improve processes and ensure accuracy.
• Valid driver’s license and forklift certification.
• Ability to work 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Verify quantity and correctness of incoming materials vs bills of lading and document discrepancies.
• Stage paperwork and identify products for next-day processing in staging areas.
• Maintain consumables at instructed levels and submit purchase requests.

Overview

As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Warehouse Operations team in Minneapolis plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home® by ensuring all products are received and staged properly, thoroughly inspected, and accurately inventoried in a clean and safe environment.

As a Warehouse Associate at West Shore Home®, you will contribute to this mission by taking ownership over all operations in your region’s warehouse, including shipping/receiving, inventory, supplies/consumables, and fleet management. You will report directly to our Warehouse Manager and work closely with our Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Verify the quantity and correctness of incoming materials (bulk cases, any incoming count for correctness) against bills of lading and document any discrepancies
• Stage paperwork and properly identified products for the next day in designated staging areas
• Maintain consumables quantities to instructed levels and submit purchase requests to Manager

• Valid Driver’s License and forklift certification
• Must be able to work a schedule of 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday
