Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Andover, MA to own regional warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, inventory, supplies, and fleet management. You will report to the Warehouse Manager and collaborate with the Operations team to ensure accurate receiving, staging, and documentation.

You should have warehouse experience, a valid driver's license and forklift certification; schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience including shipping/receiving
• High personal responsibility and integrity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Desire to improve processes and complete tasks correctly
• Valid Driver’s License and forklift certification
• 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday

Responsibilities

• Verify the quantity and correctness of incoming materials against bills of lading and document discrepancies
• Stage paperwork and properly identified products for the next day in designated staging areas
• Maintain consumables quantities to instructed levels and submit purchase requests to Manager
• Examine deliveries for damage
