Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Warehouse Associate in the Minneapolis area to own regional warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, inventory, supplies, and fleet management. You report to the Warehouse Manager and collaborate with the Operations team.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience, including shipping and receiving.
• A high degree of personal responsibility and integrity.
• Ability to work interdependently in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to continuously improve processes and get the job done right.
• Valid Driver’s License and forklift certification.
• Must be able to work 8:00am–5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Verify the quantity and correctness of incoming materials against bills of lading; document discrepancies.
• Stage paperwork and identify products for the next day in designated areas.
• Maintain consumables at instructed levels and submit purchase requests.
• Examine deliveries for damage.
