This Warehouse Associate role supports PBV’s warehousing operations, handling loading, unloading, palletizing, and inventory verification to meet customer demands.

The position requires forklift experience, ability to pass safety assessments, and stability in a non climate-controlled warehouse environment.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must pass forklift skills assessment and safely operate PBV Material Handling Equipment.
• At least six (6) months of forklift experience preferred.
• Computer/HMI skills and basic math, reading, writing and communication abilities.
• Must be able to read and understand product labels and load ticket instructions.
• Must be able to work in a non climate-controlled warehouse with exposure to hot/humid or cold conditions.

Aufgaben

• Verifies accuracy and quality of products received from vendors/suppliers and ships to customers.
• Maintains records (BOLs, receivers, pick tickets) for each task per warehouse SOP.
• Counts goods returned to the plant by sales and delivery personnel that are damaged, full, or empty.
• Operates yard switcher and trucks for loading/unloading.
• Uses warehouse systems and screens (voice pick, pick tickets) to verify and record product and build pallets in correct order.
• Identifies system faults and troubleshoots basic issues on automation systems.
• Operates various equipment safely (forklifts, wrappers, palletizer, conveyors).
• Performs safety pre-trip checks on machinery.
• Performs janitorial tasks to maintain a clean facility.
• Adheres to GMP and food safety rules; other duties as assigned.
